RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

What is THE HOLISTIK’s Return and Exchange Policy?

At THE HOLISTIK, we take utmost care to provide you with the best quality products to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

However, in the event, you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, the returns and exchange policy at THE HOLISTIK gives you an option to exchange or even return items purchased on THE HOLISTIK. A request for return or exchange can be filed by you within 7 (seven) days of the order delivery, following which, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product that you raised the return and/or exchange request for. You are welcome to try a product on, but all we ask is that it be kept undamaged, unused, in a saleable condition and in its original packaging and condition, along with the product tags. To avoid any difficulties in the event of a return or exchange, make sure any product tags that came with the item are still attached and/or intact inside the package.

 

What are the exceptions / non-returnable items?

The following products are not covered under the exchange policy:

“Personal Care and Cosmetic”

The HOLISTIK personal care and cosmetic products are non-returnable due to hygiene, health and personal care, wellness, consumable nature of the product.

In case you received a wrong product, damaged or package has accessories missing, we request you to keep the product safe, saleable and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packing for successful pick-up and return. Once approved we will issue credit note which can be utilised in your next purchase.

In case you would want a refund or replacement of personal care and cosmetic product, please follow below mentioned procedure.

  • Send us a request e-mail at support@theholistik.com with the images of the product/s, invoice, inner & outer packaging along with the batch number to support@theholistik.com, within 24 hours of the order delivery.
  • We would require 48-72 hours to process your request and revert.
  • Once approved, the package will be picked-up withing 10 working days.
  • After we have received the return package and the same has been inspected, we shall contact you with the information regarding the refund, i.e., if the same has been approved.

What are the eligibility criteria for return?

To be eligible for a return on your order, your purchased item must be in the very same condition that you received it, unused or unworn with the product tags intact. The product should also be in its original packaging. You’ll also need to keep the purchase receipt/invoice or a proof of the purchase.

 

How do I initiate my return/exchange?

  • A return or exchange can be filed by you within 7 days of order delivery.
  • All products must be returned for examination prior to any credit being dispensed.
  • All the return/exchange items must be in their original packaging, along with a copy of the order invoice.
  • Once you have inspected your product upon reception, and require to initiate a return or an exchange, you can contact us, within the stipulated time period, by writing to us on support@theholistik.com, and raising a return/exchange request.
  • We would require 48-72 hours to process your request and revert.
  • Once approved, the package will be picked-up within 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
  • After we have received the return package and the same has been inspected, we shall contact you with the information regarding the refund, i.e., if the same has been approved.
  • If approved upon inspection, you will get a refund through your original payment method.

 

In how many days will I receive my refund?

Once the parcel reaches at our facility and after inspection within a week you will get our refund through your original payment method once approved. Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for the Banks or Credit Card company to process and initiate the refund amount. Refunds will not be processed in cash.

 

How will I get my refund in case of COD?

Refunds in case of COD will not be processed in cash. Refunds of COD orders will be processed either as a “credit note” or a transfer of the equivalent amount into your bank account. You can update us with your bank details on support@theholistik.com.

 

Can I return part of my order?

YES. In case you have ordered multiple items, you CAN initiate a return/replacement for any individual item within 7 days of order delivery.

 

How do I get a product exchanged? 

In case you require an exchange for a product that you ordered, the fastest way for you to ensure that you get the right product for yourselves would be to return the purchased product to us (following the procedure defined above) within 7 (seven) days of the order delivery. Once the return is accepted by our team, you can make a separate purchase for the product of your choice.

Note: Please note that we will not make any exemptions outside of the 7-day review limit.

 

Why was my return request declined?

There might be cases wherein, after being scrutinized/inspected by our team, you return/exchange request does not meet the criteria laid under this “return/exchange policy”. In such cases an exchange or return will not be allowed for the respective product. This shall also mean that your purchase is not eligible for a refund.

 

What to do if I get a damaged product? 

We expect you to inspect the delivered product upon reception and contact us immediately at support@theholistik.com, if need be. If you receive an item that is damaged and wish to get it exchanged, please report the same to us via email taking the following points into consideration;

  • Our team must be notified by you within 48 hours of you receiving your product.
  • You will be required to provide us with photos of the product, the damaged part/portion/section therein, along with the picture of the packaging and the invoice. Furthermore, please make sure that the product tag is attached to the package.
  • Make sure that there’s no delay on your end, in such cases. As no exemption or exception will be made out of the 7 (seven) day review period.

Note: The same rules will apply in case where the product received is defective or if you receive the wrong product altogether.

NOTE

  1. If a customer violates or abuses this policy in any way, as determined in THE HOLISTIK’s sole discretion, THE HOLISTIK reserves the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on THE HOLISTIK. If you bought something that came with a free gift or other offer and you want to return the main item, you’ll also need to return the free item.

  2. THE HOLISTIK disclaims all responsibility for products accidentally returned. The HOLISTIK would not be liable for product loss or replacement in the event that an extra or different product was unintentionally returned, and it is not responsible for the product’s return to the User.

 

TERMS FOR DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS

  • End of season sale prices may not be inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • The offers will be valid only for online orders placed with THE HOLISTIK.
  • The duration of validity of a coupon code will be published along with the coupon. To avail the discount provided through such coupons, please type the coupon code in the space provided (Coupon Code Dialogue Box). Such dialogue box will be available in the shopping cart, before you check out to make the payment.
    (Please note that all the discounts offered shall only be applicable to a transaction before you make the payment for your order.)
  • The Discount shall not be applicable on all the products, merchandises, etc. on the website and may be restricted to the particular products, merchandises, etc. only. You can find these items displayed under the “Sale Items” section on our online store.
  • The merchandise made available on our website might not get restocked once sold out. No information, on our part, regarding the availability of any product in our stock will be given on the website. We will only be able to alert you when an item is completely sold out.
  • An offer / discount on our online store will be considered valid only if the respective transaction is successful/approved.
  • Customers can only avail one offer at a time. The benefits of 2 separate offers cannot be availed simultaneously. (One offer per transaction, if applicable.)
  • The standard ‘THE HOLISTIK’ Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all the transaction made on the online store.
  • An offer/discount applied to a successful transaction cannot be exchanged with another offer/discount.
  • THE HOLISTIK has the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/ or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, in entirety or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
  • By participating in the promotional offer, the customers shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • Any dispute arising out of any transaction made on THE HOLISTIK shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
