Orders and Delivery
I can't wait to receive my THE HOLISTIK merchandise! How long would it take to reach me?
Once we have received your order our team kicks into overdrive to fulfil it. Orders shall be dispatched within 24-72 hours and our reliable logistics partners have them at your doorsteps in 3-7 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that things can go wrong at certain times, and we will be happy to resolve them. If you’d like to cancel an order before it’s shipped, you can call us or send us an e-mail at support@theholistik.com. We will refund 100% of the amount paid. Order cancellation must be initiated within 24 hours of order placement. Too excited to have my new Merchandise, can I track its every step?
You will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation, and the status of the order. You will also receive tracking information from us, where you will be able to see exactly where your order is and what stage of processing.
Cancellations and Returns
This merchandise has a different personality than me, can I get it exchanged?
Yes, you can, or for any other reason for that matter. We make sure all merchandise that goes out our doors passes stringent quality parameters. You can get an exchange for your product or even return it altogether if you are not satisfied. A return or exchange can be filed within 7 days of order delivery and we will arrange a reverse pickup for you.
What is the mode of Refund?
We value our relations & if you find the product is not meeting your expectations, we will issue a credit note (in the form of a Credit Note Code) that can be used within 90 days of your next purchase on our website www.theholistik.com. Note: If the credit note amount exceeds Rs. 2000/- then the credit note code can be used twice within 90 days of the issuance date.
Warranty
What about the warranty?
We take pride in offering a comprehensive warranty for our esteemed brand’s products, ensuring customer satisfaction and peace of mind. The warranty terms are as follows: Bags (backpack, duffel bags, sling bags) are provided with a generous coverage period of 12 months, assuring our customers of the durability and quality of our bag collection. Similarly, Accessories and Apparel such as Belts, Wallets, Women’s (handbags, purses, clutches, totes) Sunglasses, Watches, and Jackets are backed by a warranty period of 6 months, demonstrating our commitment to their longevity and functionality.
Warranty terms for our combo products will be determined by the specific warranty policies that govern each individual component or product within the bundle.
It is important to note that our warranty policy does not extend to beauty, fragrances, personal care products, Innerwear, Thermal wear, or masks such items are non-returnable. Such products once delivered cannot be returned as these products are not reusable due to hygiene reasons. They are exempted from warranty coverage.
We believe in maintaining transparency and providing accurate information to our valued customers.
To avail of the warranty benefits, customers must adhere to certain conditions. These conditions include utilizing the product with reasonable care, ensuring it is used under normal conditions, and strictly for its intended purpose. By adhering to these guidelines, customers can maximize the lifespan and performance of our products.
We remain dedicated to delivering exceptional products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy reflects our commitment to providing reliable and high-quality products that meet the expectations of our valued clientele.
We offer a warranty against all manufacturing and workmanship defects. Provided the product is used with reasonable care.
We undertake repair (or replacement) of the defective piece within the warranty period and our decisions as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this warranty are final.
Our liability for damages is restricted to the repair/replacement of the defective piece only.
The warranty card and the relevant invoice or cash memo must be preserved and produced along with the product.

6. The merchandise is not restocked once sold out. No information regarding the presence of any product in our stock will be given and we will alert you only when an item is sold out.
